Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the BabyTrack application or visiting babytrack.plus (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must not share your login with anyone outside of the family-sharing invite system.
• Notify us immediately through our support form if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

All content, trademarks, and software in the Service are owned by or licensed to BabyTrack. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You retain ownership of the data you enter (baby profiles, tracking entries, etc.). By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

When you invite another person via the invite feature, you acknowledge that they will have access to view and add tracking entries for the baby profiles you share with them. You are responsible for who you invite.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. BabyTrack is a tracking tool for personal use — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns about your baby.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BabyTrack is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
