How to Share a Baby Log With Your Partner, Grandparents, or a Nanny

When two or more people look after a baby, the same questions come up every day. When was the last feed? Was that diaper changed? How long did he nap at grandma's? A shared log answers them without a single text message.

In BabyTrack+ this is part of Plus. One person subscribes, invites the others, and everyone logs into the same board.

How sharing works

1. The person who added the baby sends the invite from the app. They need Plus.
2. The other person opens the invite link and joins with Apple, Google, or email. Invite links expire after 7 days.
3. The invited person stays on the free plan. One Plus subscription covers the household.

From then on, every entry shows up on every phone in real time. That includes entries logged on an Apple Watch or with Siri.

Who to invite

• A partner or co-parent, so night feeds and handovers are visible to both of you.
• Grandparents who look after the baby for a day.
• A nanny or babysitter, so you can see how the day went without asking.

Each baby's "What you log" settings sync too. If you turn off breastfeeding or turn on solids, everyone's add form, Watch, and widgets change to match.

If you cancel or leave

If a Plus subscription ends, nothing is deleted. Cloud sync pauses until it is renewed.

Agree in advance who owns the board. If the owner deletes their account, the board and its data go with it, and invited caregivers lose access.

Privacy

Only the people you invite can see a shared board. BabyTrack+ does not sell data and the app has no ads. On the free plan, entries never leave your phone. The privacy policy lists which services store Plus data.
